We’d have so much to talk about.
All throughout the summer, the times when I wanted to pull out my phone and text you,
They were uncountable.
If we were still friends,
We’d have so much fun doing stuff together.
I’d go watch your baseball games regardless of how far it is,
In fact I’ve gone to your school already,
Of course, you wouldn’t know.
If we were still friends,
We’d spend so much time making fun of others,
Just like how we did in high school.
The memories aren’t forbidden,
Though I am.
If we were still friends,
We’d have an unbreakable relationship that everyone is envy of,
Just like once we did,
Which no longer exists.
If we were still friends,
We’d spend a lot of time together,
Regardless of how far apart we are from each other,
It all comes back to us.
If we were still friends,
I wouldn’t spend my days all to myself,
Or with people that I don’t care about,
Because all I think of is you,
And It always has been you.
But we aren’t,
And we never will.
