U盘插到air上 文件全变成ink后缀了 怎么办

苹果官网上有专门讨论这个问题的Blog，有人给的回复是
.lnk files are links to the actual file that is located on a Windows computer. If you have .lnk files someone or yourself sent you or copied what they thought were the movie, music, etc. files but in error only sent/copied links to those files.
也就是说根本就没有中毒，而是你把文件复制进U盘的方法不对

并不是复制了快捷方式，应该就是中毒了。昨晚拿了U盘去打印店，今天一插U盘，惊呆了！！！所有的文件都变成Ink格式。。。。原文件全部被隐藏。。。。小白在找解决办法
