· A User story point is an estimation of therelative complexity of a user story.Eachuser story in the user story backlog is compared to other stories to see how itsdifficulty (representing the complexity of the work, time and effort needed forit and also the involved risk) compares.

1. Thebusiness logic of the requirement.

Principle 1: “Relative Comparison” shall be simple and easier to reacha consensus within the execution team than” Absolute Estimate”. Follow SPARule.
Principle 2: “Fine granularity” shall be simple and easier to reacha consensus within the team than “Big Granularity”. Follow SPA Rule.
Principle 3: Use a scale based on apart of the Fibonacci sequence: 1, 2, 3, 5 and 8.
