小弟昨天买了个巫师3,但是付款后不知出于什么原因一直处于待处理状态,支付宝已扣款,本来以为是到账延迟,结果早上一起来连交易记录都没了(待处理的单子都没了),现在该怎么办?该怎么联系客服,求指教

    A member of our team will get to your ticket as soon as possible. In the meantime, please provide a screenshot of the confirmation email that you received from Steam support after your purchase to help us locate the missing content.
    If you have not received a confirmation email, it's likely that the purchase failed due to incorrect billing information. Your bank may have put a hold on the funds waiting for the payment to be collected by us. If this is the case, we will not attempt to collect the funds. The locked funds should be released within 10 business days.
