求助关于A1398更新了os x el captian后开始拼命散热的问题

请问我的A1398更新os x el captian后出现耗电快和开始拼命散热的问题，应该怎么解决，感觉每次用都跟癫狂状态一样了，之前看到豆瓣一个帖子说使用terminal终端kill掉ReportCrash两个占cpu利用率200%的进程，但是好像没有什么用，用的命令是
disable reportcrash的命令：
launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.ReportCrash.plist
sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.ReportCrash.Root.plist
enable reportcrash的命令：
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.ReportCrash.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.ReportCrash.Root.plist
请问还有什么办法可以让他不处于这种癫狂状态
