我从去年6月开始跳健身操,先跳了半个月的赵奕然,半个月的小红帽,减了6斤,后来停了大概半个多月,从7月底开始跳的pump04,到9月底,一共减了20斤,现在的体重是62,后来就没跳了,从今年3月开始我又开始跳了,不过跳的是work it out 系列,因为我太喜欢那个教练啦,但是大部分都是跳两天停四天左右,所以一共跳的时间不长,是不是间隔时间太长了导致没用??我到现在一斤也没掉![](http://static.tieba.baidu.com/tb/editor/images/client/image_emoticon19.png)
