Owing to TRP issues, show makers of Jhalak Dikhla Ja are looking for new faces as judges for Jalak Dikhla Ja 9.So, they are approaching Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh to replace Shahid Kapoor.

Varun and Ranveer are popular amongst youth and both are good dancers too, so the makers have decided if any of these two agrees ,they will immediately replace Shahid.
In the last season, they didnt get many viewers and plus Shahid had a tiff going on with the host Manish Paul, so it made the enviornments tense .
Recently, they've replaced Malaika Arora Khan with Jacqueline Fernandez.Whereas, Karan Johar will continue as the third judge.
