Dear Team, i want to emphasis on certain SOP and implemented rules for a better operation.
- All valet are to be stationed at your respective location for the day at 8am sharp. Not later than that (you are not to leave your spot unless you get a replacement to stand in)
- All are supposed to sign in and out and draw the walkie except for Lim and whoever is doing the 3rd runner
- Name tag to be worn at all times during shift
- Adhere your job scope at your designated location of the day.
- No misusing of Vehicles at any point of time
-Strictly no usage of handphones unless on break or inside pantry.
- Greet all customers and especially the bosses of Volkswagen with a smile.
- Level 5 stationed guys are to check on all cars for job card left behind every 1 hour.
- All protection gears to be layed out before cars are driven out of the lots
All of you are to play your part to ensure a smooth operation and also to avoid complaints.
