The success only will be given the people having prepared already.” Most of Chinese ever heard this sentence, which they regard as a principle to of adopting action now, regardless of some factors beyond their control. There is no doubt that it will be depends on what we decide to do now; because it would be nothing should we do nothing. Only we pay can we see the harvest.
Being very busy, I used to have no time watering my flowers. In the head of the days I bought the azaleas, the rain called on our city. And I found that it doesn’t matter if I don’t water them at the season filled with moisture. Only watering it in some clear days, I greeted the rain again, and then I thought that it unnecessary to take care of them every day because of the warm heart of the god.
But, after a week, when I remembered to say morning to my azaleas, I suddenly was hit by the cruel scene. It only left me some withered leaves!
“How can you do it?” the azaleas answered nothing. “My dear, you should ask how you can do it.” Mom answered me instead of the poor azaleas. ”Never pay, never get. You should make your own choice, not waiting for something good beyond your control happening to you. ” That’s right, always waiting for fortune but pay nothing just like always hoping birds bringing the seeds but breeding nothing, how can we meet our harvest? Mom brought me another basin of azaleas, and asked me to have a date with it for watering it every day. I did, seeing it growing up, now as a pretty spirit, and realized my own growing. Never only hope for the things beyond control, which can’t give you any promise. Who can do it, is only you, giving you a promise yourself.
Looking at my hand, which is dried green, I taste the disk of depending on myself, sweet and pleasant. No matter how fortune you have ever been, it is the past. Waiting for fortune’s visiting is nothing but wasting time, only pay can we get. So, I’ll continue my way everlasting with myself not the hope of other factors out of our control.

Is it more valuable for people to fit in than to be unique and different?
Difference is the reason why we were called as a person not a group. Although we were in the crowd, worriless and comfortable, we won’t always be a member to adapt all the things prepared for us. To “fit in” makes us closed, but to “be unique” makes us be ourselves. We can’t always stay at the same as robots, sometime we should show off ourselves to fit in better.
I don’t remember detail when I was hilted by Amy’s words. After her saying, I felt my life just like a computer program, even worse, never change. To become a member of this group, I always to be as a silent one, saying nothing, but do everything. I think that maybe what a leader should do, to fit in my friends and do everything what they want to make them know I am a reliable person.
“You know you just like a machine not a leader, and we can’t see your charismas.” Do I? But I do everything! “May be you should be yourself.” Amy patted my shoulder and I felt confused.
May be I should be the real me, not always giving the chance to others in my group. Yes, I need a chance to prove that I am not a machine, cold and serious. I am a mass of gold, which never really show its shine before. At the class break, I rushed into platform, having a speech about how to chase the class next to us at next art festival. I was so excited about the speech, which no one had ever done before. “What is we want?” I shouted to everyone. ”Victory!” They answered me, and the voices even shake the building.
“You know you are amazing and unique.” Amy smiled to me. She didn’t know it was what I wanted do for many years. It’s just I think it will make me too unique to fit in my group. Before this, I had never thought it will boost me to win all. Differences among people really can give us more than we ever expected. To judge a people without trying to understand his motivation is just like to evaluate one work without trying to undertake the objective standard, unfair and unreasonable. Why not do it in a great way both fair and sufficient? Trying to understand what they acted more is not only a way to make agreement, but also a way to remind ourselves some different ideas. It’s just like magic, which widen the road from heart to heart.
At the first eyes of Amy, at a prom, I couldn’t image how good she could be. With small black eyes and thin pale lips, she, like a vampire in black gown, floated in air alone. “I bet she is a girl without a friend but a big face.” I said to my friends with taunt, and they burst into laughter as response. I threw myself in to the ecstasy of the prom until that I found my necklace lost. Suddenly, worry and sorrow attacked me, and I regretted so much that I even dare not to image the how it left me without saying a “good bye”. I asked my friends for help, but they are addicted in dancing and heard nothing. Finding it myself, I felt helpless and sad, missing my dear necklace, my only birthday gift, with cold tears rolling along my cheek.
But I saw a pair of beautiful red shoes appearing in front of me, and their hostess asked me if I need help. It’s Amy! I was so surprised that a lot of girls were around her, and offered their warm hands. So moved, I couldn’t stop the hot tears rolling down. For Amy, I was a stranger, but she liked to help me instead of doing other things; if I were she, could I? To be honest, I didn’t know. Maybe I couldn’t sacrifice a wonderful night to help others only for one necklace, but she did. When she handed me the necklace with a lot of swear, after one hour, I didn’t know how to thank her, a girl with a warm heart. I ever misunderstood her, but now she is a model that I should study from, both of her virtue and her warm heart.
I no longer comment a person without trying to understand, because everyone is a book, needing others’ understanding, one third of which it is possible for us to understand at least. Knowing a person through their action, not just the appearance, we become more objective and more sensitive. Accompanying with the heart which can understand others, I believe that I’ll meet more fantasy in the voyage of life!
