即使你改了邮箱密码都没有用，卖家可以向G1说明是帐号被盗了，玩家只要按G1要求提供以下信息即可找回帐号，然后改邮箱和密码，你的钱就白花了：
1.What is the email address listed for the account?
2.What is your date of birth? *registered with the account*
3.What are your character names / server name?
4.What is the registration date of your account?
5.Please provide us with an transaction ID information for any purchases you may have made.
6.What is your IP and ISP address?
其中第5条中的transaction ID是最关键的信息，卖家给帐号充值时都会有这个ID发到邮箱，只要卖家查到充值ID，帐号90%以上都能找回。
G1官方是禁止帐号私下买卖的，你再怎么申诉是没用的。
