i use to sleep very late. because of the novels.soap operas.phone games.a lot of things make me stay up late. i became weaker and weaker. having no power to have my class. so. don't stay up.
I also agree with that staying up is bad for our health. However, I always think there are so many things that I have to finish, which makes me stay up almost every day. But I try to form a regular routine.
agree with u so much.stay up late often let me miss the tasty breakfast.sometime will miss the important messages or phone call.and I feel my memory is weaker and weaker. in a word, stay up late isn't a good habit. i have to sleep rightnow. goodnight and have a good dream.
