Satuday,Nov.26 rainy,cold
Today is my birthday,but i had to go to work,because i'm busy.
After came back,my wife,my daughter and me,go to a restaurant nearby my home.We eatd very full.During the dinner,they gave me the gift---a beautiful glassbottle,there are a lot of paper-box,writing wish words.Then,my daughter said:Dady,happy birthday to you.I feel very happiness.I told her:i love u,i hope every birthday we are together.
Oh,my daughter is seven years old,has gone to primary school grade two,she is very cute. I very love my daughter.

Sunday,November 27,sunny
Today is a day off.I woke up at seven o'clock to listen to English,and get out of bed at nine o'clock.Then,we have eat breakfast.At ten o'clock,i went to climb the Bijia Hill with my wife and my daughter.Noon,we eat at King dragon restaurant.
Afternoon,i did 600 push ups,very good.In the evening,i chat with Sabine in QQ,then followed Sabine's advice,changed my first name from "Lanny" to "Sonny",for "Sonny" is similar to my chinese name.That's a good idea. Moreover,she gave me a lot of method about how to learn english,especially how to improve my listening comprehension.
I'm very grateful to Sabine.She is very kind,very loving and very professiona.I hope to make great progress and have a good time in Eifo.

Monday,November 28,sunny
Today i got out of bed at 6:50,then go to work.Afternoon,i was off duty at 5:00,and walking come back to home.I came back the small residential area district at 5:30,and then,finished 360 push up.It's very ususful to strong my body.
After dinner,i chatted Sabine ask her how to got the video about how to improve quick my Englishe listen comprehension.She told me,may be i can ask Abigail.And then,i asked Abigail,she told how to got it,the video just right be Info's homepage.
I finished watching the video,felling it's very usesful for me about how to learning English right.Sabine is great!

写完日记，请按照自己已经学过的知识来检查一下：
1）每个句子是否正确的分开（检查标点符号）千万不要写一个很长很长的句子，中间只有逗号；
2）每个句子是否有主语和谓语；谓语是联系动词还是正常的动词；
3）主语和谓语是否搭配一致；例如，主语第一人称，谓语是否用的相应的变形；
4）谓语有没有做出正确的时态变化；
5）如果一个句子除了谓语动词以外，还有其他动词，那么其他动词是否符合了谓语动词加其他动词的结构要求；例如：finish doing sth, want to do sth.后面的那个动词是否是Doing，To Do的形式。（还没有学到的不需要管这项）
6）检查完主谓语，再看看句子的其他部分，比方说形容词，是否放在它修饰的名词前面了，副词是否放在它修饰的动词后面，其他的特殊形容词，副词是否放在合适的位子上：程度副词放Be动词后面，一般动词前面 He often eats dinner at home, He is always a good teacher，修饰不定代词的形容词放在不定代词的后面something special, anything wrong；
7）最后检查句子的上下文关系，是否清晰的用了连接词来表明之间的上下关系：并列，转折，或者因果等等: and, but, so, therefore, thus, in addition, such as, moreover,...
8）再看一遍后如果检查不出来任何你可以知道的错误，那么就确认发出。
用了以上步骤，相信不久的将来你写作中的语法错误会越来越少，你掌握的英语知识越来越多。加油！

Today i woke up at twenty past 6,listening to the MP3 about "900 sentenses Engilsh",got
up at twenty to 7,and then,brushing my tooth,washing my face,wearing my chothes,putting on
my shoes.After said goobye to my family,1 walked eighteen minutes to company.
In company canteen,i eated a bowl of stir-fried rice noodles,a boiled egg,and two bowls
millet congee,and then,i began my day's work.
Afternoon,i was not busy,so i downroad all of the teaching materials about AEI1,from the
Eifo's website.I thought it's very useful for me to studying english at Eifo smoothly.The
teaching materials are including communication engilsh,oral english,and grammar.It included
PPT and MP3.
After work at 5 o'clock,i went to the canteen,eated my dinner,and then,came back home by
foot.In the community,i done 3 sets push up,first 110,second 120,third 130,just so so.
I came back home about at six thirty,and then,toke a shower,waiting for the listening
comprehension lesson,it will be seven to eight.It's done by Eifo from the YY chatroom.My
listening comprehension is too poor,so i didn't understand most of speech.
After finished the listening lesson,i taken a walk,and came back.At ten to eleven,i
finished the oral english by YY.It's too late to write the diary.So this diary was written
in December 1.

Thurday,December1st,sunny
Today i walk to the company and came back on foot as usually.I finished 3 sets push up,first 120,second 120,third 130.
I printed the "To do list daily" and "To do list weekly" from QQ chat group,is sent by staff of EIFO.I will try my best to do on the list.
Evening,when i did the homework from EIFO campus site,i look at the word"alligator",remember several days ago,my dauther,Kitty has said,she has study two words in her english interesting class,she said:Daddy,Do you know what is alligator? i answer,i don't know. she told me,that is [短吻鳄],and then,she asked me also,Do you know what is nightingale,i don't know eight,she told me,that is [夜莺].
Hmm,we are studing english together,go ahead!

Fridy,December 2,sunny
Today is friday,is nearby the weekend,so,friday is a day or hope.
This morning,i woke up at 6:20,got up at 6:50,came to the company by foot about twenty minutes.In campany canteen,i had my breadfast.
Now,let me introduce what i eated on breadfast.It's a bowl of stir-fried rice noodles,a boiled egg,two little bowls black rice congee,a few of shredded radish.i was full.
My lunch is buffet,i picked this up:lotus roots with pickled chillis,boiled rids with bamboo roots,stir-fried eggs with chinese green onions,chinese toon,rice and congee,in orede not to waste,i choose a little each.
At home,i had dinner,a bowl of stir-fried noodles with eggs and tomatos.a few of vagetables.Oh,the delicious food is made by May,my wife.
Hmm,today,the number of push up is:one hundred twenty,one hundred twenty,one hundred thirty.

Saturday,December 3,cloudy
Today i work up at about 7:00,then listened english conversation,got up at twenty minutes to 8:00.I ate two piecees bread and a bowl of corn rice congee.
From 10 o'clock to 11 o'clock,i had a American pronunciation lesson,by this lesson,i know that [a e i o u] are vovels.The vovels are very important.
After finished the lesson,i went to work by drive.From monday to friday,i usually go to work by foot or take the company's bus.Weekend,Shenzhen's traffic is not so crowded,so i ususlly drive my car to somewhere.It is said that if the car does not start a long time,it is easy to bad.Today,the car's oil is running out,can only run about 160 kilometres.But i didn't want to add it,because the price of oil has risen recently.
Hmm,today i had finished seven sets push up,the total quantity is :120*6+130=850.Insist on doing one thing for a long time is very important,such as sports,learning english,writting diary,and so on.

Sunday,December 4,sunny
This mornint,i made breakfast,these are sweat potatos,taros,boiled eggs and congee.
At about 9 o'clock,we went to The Center Park by bicicle.Kitty rided her childer's
bicycle,May and me,rided Mobike.We were use Mobike first time,the step is:1.DownroadMobike APP. 2.rigister:input your pesoner messgge about indentification card NO.andname.3.Pay RMB299 as deposit. 3.Scan the QR cord by printed on bicicle 4.As soon as scanedthe QR cord,the lock is open,it means your can useing the bicicle,at the same time, billing star.5.Whenyou end the trip,you can put the bicycle anywhere,and paying by the Mobike APP.The Mobikeare two types,one is general,the price is 0.5rmb/half hour,sencond is sport bicycle,theprice is 1.0rmb/half hour.We had a good time.
Because the once boss,Liao san,retunted to SZ from Thailand for a shot trip,there are 11of us altogether went to Haidilao hot pot for dinner.we ate a lot of delicious foods,drunkbeers,foreign wines,liquors and drinks.We were very sincere feelings,everyone was happy. The dinner was had from 6 o'clock to 10 o'clock.I was a little bit drunk

Lastnight i didn't not have a good sleep,and mondays's work is busy,more meetings.
Today my wechat was unable to receive new message,bucause it didn't connect to the
restarted my cell phone,that was no use,last,i logged out and then logged in the APP,success.
I saw the message that the Eifo website is OK from QQchat,so i decided to learning english for Eifo.
I finished the homework of unit 2.
My dinner was to eat "cat's ears",which were made of flour,shapes like cat's ear.It's not ture like that.
After dinner,i walked to community about twenty minutes,i feels very relaxed.

Thusday,December 6,sunny
Today forernoon,the company arrenged all our safety officers to safety check for outside warehouse.It's half hours car ride from the company to the outside warehouse.
Through the safety checks,we found a lot of safety problems.For exemple,the fire extinguishers were not spot checking.the fire exit was blocked,the fire channel width is insufficient.the electrical switch was not comply with regulationgs.All these problems had been recorded and photographed,will make into a report,and,required respossible persons to change in prescribed time limit.
Today i had done 120*3 push up.
And,now i am tired,don't want to writting today's diary more.the end.

Wednesday,December 7,sunny
Last night,we learned how to describe the weather and one's dress.so,today i will use it.
Now it's winter in SZ,but the weather is hot and sunny,it is a bit like summer.i don't like
the weather,i would like a little cold in winter. Winter should have the appearance of
winter. And then,Bj is cold and windy.How about the American weather is,i don't know.Maybe
i should ask Sabine.She is my english teacher in America.
I'm wearing blue and light yellow shirt,brown jacket,black belt,dark pants,borwn shoes and light
blue socks.In the company,i need to change light yellow work jacket and black safety shoes. for our company is a manufacture factory,there are some danger. Liao,my workmate,is
wearing blue jeans,dark socks,black shoes,and dark blue coat.Luo,my anther workmate,is
wearing green T-shirt,black belt,black pants and yellow sneakers. May,my wife,today is wearing light blue blouse,black jacket, blue jeans and high heels.Kitty,my daughter,is wearing red long-sleeved T-shirt,black skirts,white socks and black shoes.
Today,i have finished 3 sets push up:120,120 and 150.

Thursday,December 8,sunny
Shenzhen is always sunny recently,it hasn't rained for a long time.
Morning i got up at 6:40,and leaves home to work at 7:05.
At lunch,the company canteen gave us everybody a carambora as fruit,but i didn't want to eat it,so i brought it come back home after work. Kitty was happy to see that.
Afternoon,i read the short novel about aliens, that was posted on the QQ chatroom by my english teacher,Sabine.The novel is interesting.In company,i can't read it aloud,when i came back home,i read it aloud,recod it and post to the QQ chatroom,it took me about half an hour.When we studying forgien language,must be listening,speaking,reading and writing.if we do this,we will make progress quickly,i think.Reading aloud is better than reading no sound.i should reading aloud everyday.
Today Kitty didn't do well in the math exam,but i'm not worried,for effort is mort important than result,i think,so i encourage her to keep on trying.Go ahead,Kitty.Dad trust you.

Friday,December 9,sunny
Today,The Occupation Diseases Prevention and Treatment Center of SZ went to our factory to
detect the occupational hazard factors,such as noises,dusts,chemicals,lasers and
ultraviolet rays.It has certain harm to workers,so need to detect whether the risk factors
in the regulations.If the detection datas are beyond the regulation,the factor is need to
improve.If the detection datas are within the regulations,the factor needs to portect
workers by privide labor supplies,such as gloves,masks,satety shoes.at the same time,staffs
need to teaceh the workers how to use it by correctly.
Evening,our boss invited 11 of us deparement manager to have dinner.The restaurant named
Nadamu,is a Mongolia restaurant.Today's main course is a half baked sheep,we eatd a lot of
delicious foods and drank a lot of beer.
