麦考瑞大学全新的市中心校区，已经正式开放并且投入使用。市中心校区位于 123 Pitt Street， 是悉尼市的CBD地区，毗邻 Wynyard 轻轨站，交通便利。校区为麦考瑞应用金融中心（MAFC），商学院（FBE）以及管理学院（MGSM）使用。
