Are you happy?when was the last time you think you were happy?It served me right for putting a serious question to someone who has joked his way through life.But lan's answer reminded me that when we think about happiness,we usually think of something extraordinary,a pinnacle of sheer delight.And those pinnacles seem to get rarer the older we get.

22th August 2017 Tuesday
Today I did everything by my schedule,I have done them except for listening and reading of IELTS5 part1,now,I am a little dizzy,and tired.I must sleep quickly.Stopping some days,I plan to continue my diary.

I just do as better as myself of yesterday.On the way I learn english, I am a sincere child,I have my advantage which is different with others,I just do my best,It is enough.Today is the first date of my new work,I will Keep on my aim!

14th September,2017,Thursday
Today I still feel tiered.Yesterday night I didn't sleep very well,I were having a cough with asthma at the whole night.Today I must go to bed right now.So good night!

I walked around the hall for the art exhibition that I work in.I wasn't familiar with artists's work.But now is ok.Today there were a lot of visitors to visit our museum.I did everything I think I should do.

17th September,2017,Sunday
I realize it is my favorite that hiking outsaid.Yes,definitely it is.Today,the sky was quite blue,It suit to go out,so my husband,my dog and I went to climb a mountain near Tan Zhe Temple.Shining the sunshine,I feel comfortable and pleased.I remembered I climbed one and one peak before.That's feeling.Though I was tiered and feel body sore,I totally liked it.

The time is right to midnight,I still didn't sleep,but I realized I must go to bed right now and not do anything.Early to sleep,early to rise,it is a good habit but hard to persevere with,so today I added my diary of yesterday.I must adapt myself quickly to the new habit in order to carry out my schedule.Have a nice day!

Today I added yesterday's diary,yesterday I was quite tiered,my nose was a bit stuffed up and it made me weep.Not having finished my english class,I went to bed at 9:00,I am thinking about if I can keep my diary up in my whole life,it seems to me that it is a mazing thing,isn't it?awesome!Everybody in EIFO studys english in his heart,and has a rich passion,it gives me a great boost.Today was a lucky day,my heart overflowed with gratitude for everyone helping me.

I am beginning to care about my hair,before a long time till now,my hair is always reduced,I am warred about this,I am a woman,and I am still so young.Why does it like this?So,I must pay attention more on it.

I had a day off on Friday.As rural,I had some leisure activities in half the time,did some housework in another half.Though I felt tired in the end,I still did excises less,not much yet.Keeping a slim body,a balanced weight,I try to make a living,it isn't a easy thing to the majority of people.But it is well known,Sports can make one person happy,have more passion and confidence.

It is important to follow the rules when communicating in writing,especially if you are in business environment.There are three areas which are important:layout,content and language.The language needs to beformal and there should be no mistakes.You cannot choose to include exactly what you like,for example financial information must be inclued in your business's annual reports.It also needs to look good on the page,with everything written in a predetermined format.

Today I watched a speech on TED website.It is about how to look for your the most suitable job.To do what you like ,to show your value and find your passion.I really like it.I think it can give me some advises,make me look at my own more clear and give me the strength.The most important point is,it is a good way to learn english,all parts of the speech are pretty materials which suit to learn english.

Today we took a conferance and attended a lecture which come from a Italian critic.Thanks for my curater giving me such a good chance.

I feel lucky for having such a group of kind classmates and professional teachers on EIFO website.Everyone pays more passion on it.tomorrow is my last work day before the National Day holiday,I must go to bed for keeping my good energy.

Today was the National Day of China，and it was the birthday of my husband's uncle.I found plenty of wedding was also held on the same day.What a joyful day it is!
