新浪科技讯 北京时间8月18日消息，据《每日邮报》报道，智托是哥斯达黎加的一名动物爱好者，因为时常与一只巨大的鳄鱼一同游泳，嬉戏甚至给它喂食，而被称为“鳄鱼男子”，而他与鳄鱼间的友谊也被视作世界上最不可思议的友谊之一。
在哥斯达黎加斯奎雷斯，在水深至胸部的100平方米大的池塘里，这一惊险的一幕吸引着来自全球各地的游人。智托平静地招呼着他那5米长的伙伴，然后拍拍它，把它的尾巴和头部抬离水面。52岁的智托说：“这是非常危险的游戏，但是，鳄鱼波奇是我的朋友，我们结下了深厚的友谊。它会充满柔情地看着我，不会袭击我。对任何人来说，进入鳄鱼池都太危险。”
他们之间的友谊开始于近20年前，当时身为渔民的智托发现这只445公斤重的鳄鱼在利姆斯省帕里斯米娜河岸奄奄一息，他救了它，原来，在袭击牧群时它被一名牧场主用枪射中了左眼。智托请几位好友帮忙把这只巨大的鳄鱼抬上他的船，他给它取名为“波奇”，意为强壮。
智托表示，他使用药物、食物以及呵护和关爱让这只鳄鱼恢复了健康。智托回忆：“我在河里发现了它，当时它奄奄一息，我把它抬上船，把它带回我家。它非常瘦，体重大约68公斤，我喂它吃鸡肉和鱼肉，让他服药，长达6个月后帮它康复了。”
在治疗的过程中，智托一直呆在波奇的身边，甚至夜间也和它睡在一起。智托说：“我只是想让它感觉有人爱它，并非所有人类都是坏人。我喜欢所有动物，尤其是受伤的可怜动物。这意味着它随时有可能死掉。我必须每天守在它身边。”

1、 This first hair account is from Kailash Sankhala and it details a clash between the two.
He observed this encounter from the top of a fort that over looked a river. The tiger entered the water and caught the eye of a mugger crocodile. The crocodile slipped into the river and swam after the tiger. The tiger, getting very nervous swam even faster, but the croc caught up to the tiger. In the middle of the river they met and the croc nit the tiger in the back, but was unable to get a grip and the tiger escaped. The tiger was able to reach shallow water and was now able to
stand. When the croc attacked again the tiger some how grabbed the croc and threw it onto dry land! The tiger then killed the crocodile! (Sankhala 1977) 老 虎非常漂亮的一次胜利，鳄鱼可能不是很大，不过把鳄鱼拖到浅水然后扔上岸。。。估计在公虎里也要是虎域里abu之类的级别。

Burton, an early tiger expert told of an encounter that did not go the tiger's way. In this encounter the two where in the water and crocodile and tiger where in a violent struggle and the tiger was killed. (Sankhala 1977)

these are an internet description of a tiger/croc confrontation and on of Valmik Thapar's accounts of tigers and crocodiles from his book, Tiger: the Ultimate Guide
The book shows a famous picture of a tigress killing a crocodile, which I believe many tiger fans have seen. This account is quite famous and I believe you have heard this one before!
From what I have gathered, the large tigress found an enormous 14-foot crocodile scavenging at her kill. This was during a drought in India and the crocodile had been wondering to get to a new water hole. The tigress became enraged and attacked the croc. The two battled for two hours. The Croc snapped its powerful jaws and although it once came close, it was unable to grab a hold of the nimble tigress.The tigress on the other hand kept trying to flip the crocodile over to get to its vulnerable belly, but every time the croc resisted. Eventually the tigress's repeated attacks wore the crocodile down and she eventually bit chunks out of the crocodile's neck (this is what you see in the picture) to get to the neck joint and the croc eventually bled to death!

Here is another account of a battle between a tigress and a crocodile at rhanthombor. In this account, the tigress made a sambar kill by one of the park 抯 many lakes.After resting, she ventured off to get her cubs and returned to find an unwelcomeguest!
on her return, she found a large crocodile feasting on her kill. She was furious and rushed at it, roaring loudly; the croc responded by snapping its jaws. The tigress tried to topple it off its kill, but every time it regained its normal position and hit out at her, lashing its tail vigorously. Then the tigress tried to straddle the crocodile's neck struggling to bite the joint between the head and the shoulder. She bit off a piece of skin before the croc shook itself free and headed for the lake.?
The next mourning the tigress dragged the kill into the fort there. Meanwhile, the croc was found by the lake, and some village dogs thought it was dead and attacked it. However, upon discovering that it was not, they soon left the scene. The tigress also soon realized that the croc was not dead and soon went after it. She seized by the tail as the croc was trying to flee to the water and turned the croc around so it headed further towards the shore. The injured and exhausted crocodile was disorientated. She later attacked the crocodile, but the crocodile shock her off. She seemed disinterested in it. However, the next day the crocodile was dead.
Comments: Dr. Adam Britton describes that crocodiles may take a day or two to regain their stamina after exerting themselves. This has a lot to with the fact that crocs are cold blooded.

They described Machli, the dominant female tigress. She is unique because she specializes in hunting the park's crocodiles! 记 录片里有只母虎很擅长捕猎鳄鱼

In this account there is a vicious struggle in a river between a tigress and a crocodile. Eventually, the crocodile prevails!
有些资料来源不是很清楚的就没贴上，鳄鱼胜的只有2次，老虎胜的拣了几个比较精彩的，另外还有老虎捉小恒河鳄、印支虎和苏门虎捉当地的小鳄鱼等。
lairweb的说 法：Maxine Annabell describes that many tigers have preyed on crocs by biting them in the head between the ears. They have even been known to toss them several meters.Tigers are nervous about confronting crocodiles in the water and often will quickly retreat to dry land where they have the advantage. crocodile/tiger encounters are rare today because both are very rare in India. ， 以前有老虎以鳄鱼为食的说法。虎在水中面对鳄鱼会很紧张，最近虎鳄冲突很少，因为数量都不多了。
saltwater crocodiles and tigers meet in the Sunderbans in Bangladesh. However there's nothing of the interaction between the two. 没 有虎和湾鳄的冲突
看来老虎对亚洲的鳄鱼有不小的优势。

In Africa lions interact with the large aggressive and dangerous Nile Crocodile.This crocodile is probably the only African Species big enough to take on a lion.The Nile Crocodile is the second largest crocodile in the world, after the Salt Water Crocodile. It is the best at bringing down large prey and vies with the SaltWater Crocodile for the title of most aggressive croc. It is a formidable foe for a lion.
Accounts of these two clashing are not as numerous as those of crocodiles and tigers. Perhaps this is because the tigers spend more time close to the water.

and a lioness. The lioness was crossing a river and the crocodile came up from underneath and grabbed the lioness. She was totally out of her element and unable to fight back and drowned.

According to The Art of Being a Lion, by Christine and Michel Denis-Huot, there is actually a pride of lions in a river valley in Africa that specialize in hunting crocodiles!
3、亚洲狮胜
There are plenty of mugger crocodiles in Gir. In the 1980's there was a report in the newspaper of a male lion fighting with and killing a mugger croc.
