Handling the ball
手球
Handling the ball involves a deliberate act of a player making contact with the ball with the hand or arm.
球员蓄意用手或手臂球的的动作触球为手球。
The following must be considered:
必须考虑情形：
• the movement of the hand towards the ball (not the ball towards the hand)
手向球运动（并非球向手运动）
• the distance between the opponent and the ball (unexpected ball)
对手与球之间的距离（意想不到的球/反应不及）
• the position of the hand does not necessarily mean that there is an infringement
手的位置不一定意味着违规
• touching the ball with an object held in the hand (clothing, shinguard, etc.) is an infringement
手持物体（球衣、护腿板等）触球是违规
• hitting the ball with a thrown object (boot, shinguard, etc.) is an infringement
扔东西（球鞋、护腿板等）打球是违规
另外，关于手球还有如下解释【145页】：
There are different circumstances when a player must be cautioned for unsporting behaviour, inclduing if a
player:
这些情形的球员非体育道德行为必须被警告，包括如果球员：
• commits a foul or handles the ball to interfere with or stop a promising attack
犯规或处理球从而干扰或终止了有希望的进攻
• handles the ball in an attempt to score a goal (whether or not the attempt is successful) or in an unsuccessful
attempt to prevent a goal
在企图得分（无论是否成功），或阻止未能成功的得分企图时控制球。
