According to the new agreement reached by China (official) and Nigerian NNPC on August 24, 2017 in Beijing, if all Seller's subsequent cargo cannot be transacted at ((China onshore tanks leased by)) NNPC, it will be banned to import to / enter China market.
依照最新中国(官方)跟尼日利NNPC在2017.08.24日在北京达成的协议，以后所有卖方的货物如果不在NNPC所承租的中国岸上油罐中交易，则禁止进口进入中国市场。
Hereafter, all the transaction of NNPC in China shall be made at China onshore. All the crude oil shall be discharged into NNPC leased China onshore storage tanks for the transaction. The NNPC special-assigned person is responsible for stamp confirming on the site, and then import declaration can be done from the (customs) of Chinese Government.
NNPC以后所有在中国的交易必须在中国岸上进行，所有的原油必须卸到NNPC所承租的中国岸上储罐中进行交易，由NNPC专人負责现场盖章确认，之后才可以向中国政府(海关)申报进口。
