国际贸易术语（International Trade Terms)又称为价格术语。是在长期的国际贸易实践中产生的，用以明确国际贸易商品的价格构成；说明交货地点或到货地点，划分买卖双方的风险、责任和费用等问题；并用英文缩写形式（三个大写字母）表示的一种专门用语。
