今年，很多已经提交了2018秋季学期申请的同学，收到了由爱荷华大学招生办发出的“Academically Eligible”通知电子邮件，在邮件里提到以下信息：
Congratulations! We are excited to inform you that you are academically eligible for admission to the University of Iowa. However, in order to fully admit you, your financial documentation must be submitted to the International Students and Scholar Services (ISSS) before we can issue your Certificate of Eligibility (Form 1-20A or DS-2019). Please visit iHawk via your admissions profile in MyUI with your HawkID and Password to see what items are required to issue your immigration documents. If you have questions, please contact the ISSS at isss-orientation@uiowa.edu.
由于部分同学不确定该邮件的具体含义，以及他们是否已经拿到我们的录取名额，爱荷华大学招生办特此说明：
收到这封邮件的同学们，这封邮件表明招生办认定你的学术成绩合格，但是你还需要向ISSS(International Student and Scholar Service)提供财产证明并且缴纳I-20表格费用，才可以拿到正式的录取通知信。
如何提交呢？通过登录MyUI的Admission Profile的iHawk链接，或者复制粘贴此链接至网页：https://ihawk.uiowa.edu/istart/controllers/start/start.cfm（通过Limited Services登陆），就可以看到进一步的说明。
请尽快提供补充财产证明材料，才能拿到正式的录取信。
