It's good exercise that doesn't hurt your body easily. Secondly, it's simple and cheap to go hiking. All you need to do is to wear a pair of hiking boots and a smile on your face. Thirdly, hiking is the best way to get away from your everyday life. You can hike alone or go with your friends. After hiking, you'll have a clear mind and then return to work with confidence.
