Papers are accepted either throughthe online submission tool or email at wudao@92xueshu.com For those unable touse the Online System and are emailing, please include a cover letter with authordetails, university or country information, and any other author related data.
l .docx/.pdf/Latex PDF file formatsare accepted.
l The covering email should clearlystate the name, address and affiliation of the corresponding author. Each paperwill be provided with a paper ID for further reference.
l Please ensure all articles areproofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Changes cannot be madeduring the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior tofinal submission.
Formatting Guidelines
l Papers must be in English of up to4-5 pages.
l Paper content must be original andtopics of interests are not limited.
l Authors are required to ensure accuracyof quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.
l Figures and tables need to beplaced where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view.
l Papers must follow formataccording to the downloadable Word or Latex template.
Review Process
The acceptance decisions will take intoaccount paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoreticimpact, and presentation.
l Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discussesexisting research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; orpresents new ways of considering existing information.
l Significant: the paper raises and discusses issues important toimproving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts,and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood
l Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw uponrelevant literature; and limitations are described honestly.
The review process may take approximatelythree months to be completed. Should authors be requested by the editor torevise the text, the revised version should be submitted within 1 month.Authors who need more time are kindly requested to contact the Editor. TheEditor reserves the right to reject a paper if it does not meet the aims andscope of the journal, it is not technically sound, it is not revisedsatisfactorily, or if it is inadequate in presentation.
