You re a star. 是什么意思？
剑桥英语词典里对“You re a star”是这样解释的：
something you say to someone when they have been nice and helpful to you
当你对他人伸出援助之手时对方说的话
其实是在夸你：你真是个大好人。
=It s very nice of you.
相当于我们常说的：你真是我的大救星。
例：
Thank you so much for giving me a hand. You re a star!
非常感谢你帮了我的忙。你人太好了！
I really appreciate what you did for me. You re a star! Thanks a million.

但实际上也有明星的含义：
如果你真是明星名人，You re star.也可以是:
你是大明星, 这里的star=明星。

see stars 不是“看星星”
想到尔康和紫薇的看星星看雪看月亮
顿时觉得好浪漫
但是see stars实际上却让人：头晕眼花，眼冒金星
如果你想看天上的星星
可以说look at the stars 或者 watch stars
如果是类似赏月的看
还可以说appreciate the stars
可不要用see stars，免得引起误解

guest star
