哈雷摩托车在使用过程中难免会有各种各样的问题.
比如有时仪表显示"NO FOB"而无法启动摩托车,这时候要检查感应钥匙是否在身,是否内置的纽扣电池电量不足.感应钥匙内部电池(枚CR2032纽扣电池)般可工作3年,更换也较简单,先网购型号"CR2032"纽扣电池.两三块钱枚.用字螺丝刀或类似硬物撬开感应钥匙更换就可以了.主要正负极不要反了.
再比如仪表突然亮起了红色灯提示,有时是持续的也有可能偶发的提示.这意味车辆电器设备可能出现了问题,比如灯异常,转向灯异常,刹车灯异常灯.如果是更换了山寨LED灯导致偶发红色灯提示,也不用过分担心,它不会导致不良后果,只是山寨的LED灯功率不达标,车辆BCM模块认为灯出现了故障进行的提示而已.
有些时候发动机故障灯会亮起,那么这个时候就要注意了,无论是持续故障还是偶发故障,都要进行必要的查看,获得出故障的位置,并加以处理.也有的时候,某些故障会导致记录故障码,但是不会促使发动机故障灯亮起,也可以通过故障码的查询来判断车况是否正常.
哈雷摩托车自身提供了查询清除故障码的功能,从仪表液晶屏显示.要查询发动机故障码,需要找到"TRIP"键.年份不同,这个TRIP按钮位置不同,老款哈雷般会在仪表的背后,新款的般在车把手侧按钮中,通过这个按钮可以切换仪表的各类型(档显,转速,总里程,时间等)切换.如图箭头所指:
按住TRIP按钮不放,拧开钥匙门或者按总开关:
这时候注意看仪表盘的液晶屏,如所示即可松开TRIP按键:
液晶屏显示diag,是"诊断"的英文.这时候仍旧主要使用TRIP键,分短按长按,可以把短按理解为鼠标点击或者选择,把长按理解为确定键.
短按次TRIP键后,可以看到PSSPT这样.分别对应系统中不同部件类型,如表:
短按TRIP键,切换标志符,字母闪烁代表当前选择,再次长按TRIP键可进入当前选择所选分类查看是否有故障码,如显示NONE字样.则代表当前分类中无故障码:
如显示 no rsp字样,则代表车没有配备这个模块,如在选ECM模块时看到该提示,说明开关没有打开"总开关".
如果有故障码,则会显示如P1234字样,短按TRIP键可看个故障码,如无个故障码,则显示END字样.如果发现有故障码,建议拍照或者用笔记录故障码,以便查询故障码含义.当显示故障码时,长按TRIP键则会清除故障码.
成功清除故障码,将显示CLEAR字样:
清除故障码不代表故障被清除,但是有的故障是偶发的,有的是持续的,清除故障码后运转发动机骑行后再次查询,如果故障码再次出现,则说明该故障持续存在,如故障码不再出现,则说明故障为偶发,需留意观察.
要退出诊断模式,只需关闭钥匙门或者关闭总开关即可.查到故障码后,便可通过故障码搜寻到对应的故障含义,哈雷故障码与机动车故障码相同标准,数都能网搜寻得到结果.比如用"故障码 P1234"为关键字搜索即可看到结果.
