Developer Comment: In the previous version of our game, we used the concept of the talent system, which was inspired by the hero's growth system in Dota 2 and Heroes of the Storm.
In our game, players start from the same starting point, in the outermost circle, every three rounds unlock a personal talent, a total of five personal talents, each layer of talent is selected to strengthen the combat capabilities (range, attack damage, movement speed, etc.) or to strengthen one's own attributes (skill CD, maximum life, number of equipment slots, etc.).
We originally wanted to integrate the concept of the hero`s growth into the progress of the game. As the game progresses, the battle will become more and more intense.
But the effect of this system in our practice is not ideal. We found that this system complicates the game. For example, this system brings more complicated calculations and low balance, slows down the game progress, and also reduces the player's immersion
The purpose of this removes the concept of a talent system is to simplify the game. The performance of our game at this stage is more like a digital game than a board game. This talent system will bring very cumbersome calculations, which is not conducive to the game.
