我们当然得热爱生活，生活充满了奇迹和美丽。我们常只有在回首往事的时候，才含悟到这条真谛。这是我们曾经的所有都已远去，而时光是不能倒流的。
我们怀念消失的美丽和逝去的爱，但更令人痛苦的是当美丽之花绽开时我们却视而不见;当沐浴着爱的光辉时却未能以爱来回报。
一次经历使我重新认识了这条道理。由于身体的某些不适，我在医院住了一段，受到精心治疗。说实话，医院并不是一个令人愉快的地方。

一日清晨，我拄着拐杖穿过一片庭院，到对面的大楼里接受身体检查。当时我从病房一出来，惟一的感觉就是阳光直射在我身上。多么美丽的，多么温暖，多么灿烂!
我四处张望，看其他人是否同我一样陶醉其中。但行人来去匆匆，眼睛中是紧盯着地面。其实我也曾像他们一样，对生活中的阳光漠然无睹，而让一些琐碎甚至卑微的小事占据心头。
这就是生活对我们的第一个要求：永远不要心忙得忘记生活的奇迹和乐趣。拥抱每一个即将到来的黎明，拥抱每一个小时，抓住金色的每一分钟。
紧紧把握生活，但不要患得患失。这里它告诉我第二条真谛：正视我们所失去的，该去的就让它失去。不管是对感情，还是对事物!
不要乞求太多，说的容易，但是做起来却并不轻松，就是因为乞求的太多了，我们的人生才不完美，我们才会不幸福，其实，所有的不幸都是来源于我们乞求的太多了。
