七、参与程序/Application Procedure
1.参与单位收到邀请函;
The organizer arranges the booth according the exhibitor`s requirement.
2.在线填写参展申请表上传至组委会;
The exhibitor fills out the application form on-line and sends back to the organizing committee.
3.组委会对申请者资格审核并确认;
The organizer will approve and confirm appliers' qualification.
4.在收费通知规定时间内汇款,并将汇款底单传真至组委会备案;
The applicants make the payment within the appoint time.
5.款到帐后组委会发出《确认书》 ;
The organizing committee sends the confirmation letter once receiving the payment.
6.参与单位持《确认书》到现场报到。
The participant holds the confirmation letter to handle the various formalities of the meeting on the spot.
