BWF（Badminton World Federation）即为国际羽毛球球联合会，是国际羽毛球比赛各个赛事的组织和管理机构，拥有着对国际羽毛球比赛规则商议和评定的权利。BWF技术规范要求只有通过BWF认证的羽毛球，羽毛球球网，场地地板等才可用于国际性羽毛球比赛。
对于场地地板产品BWF认证，申请者需提供产品所使用到的大型羽毛球比赛场馆信息清单。所提供运动场馆中，最好有一个是将要或者已经举行过国际性赛事的场馆。
