I dug this fix on one website. If you are reluctant to contact Steam or pay money for Steam versions, use this fix.
We throw it into the root folder of the game. If it doesn't work - we do it - as soon as the video passes, and the screen with the TW log flies out - press Alt + Tab - the game is minimized, and immediately unfold. Then everything will go (personally checked).
