It depends on what kind of identity you want to hold for yourself and/or project before other people. If you feel like your Chinese name is a better representation of who you are, then by all means, go for it.

Lol, that's rather unfortunate, but whatever floats your boat.

it depends though. cause some people can't do the chinese pronouciation, then it starts to found weird.
but usually, it is good.
way better than having called a name and 10 people stand up. :P

What's that having yourself an English name is going for a certain,societal,standard whatever anyway I don't have problems with besides your birth name having some alternate foreign names but one bit you'd better choose some proper ones that at least are somewhere near yourself 'cause with a yes the name can boost your impression you wanna make on people but sure they will end up forgetting about you even you are having a whopping world-shaking name but without having proven yourself anything.
