【摘要】目的：探究分析在淋巴瘤治疗中使用大剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植的临床效果。方法：从本院2018年6月到2020年1月间收治的淋巴瘤患者中选取70例作为本次研究对象，以随机分组原则为依据，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各35例，对照组使用常规化疗方法治疗，观察组使用大剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植方法治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率为88.51%，对照组患者治疗有效率为62.86%，组间比较，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者不良反应率为8.57%，对照组患者不良反应率为28.57%，组间比较，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总生存率为94.29%，无病生存率为77.14%；对照组总生存率为68.57%，无病生存率为54.29%；组间比较，观察组均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在淋巴瘤患者治疗中使用大剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植具有良好的治疗效果，能提高患者的总生存率，降低复发率，具有一定的安全兴奋，应广泛应用在淋巴瘤治疗中。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of high-dose chemotherapy combined with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of lymphoma. Methods: 70 patients with lymphoma treated in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected for study. Based on the principle of random grouping, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with high-dose chemotherapy combined with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate was 88.51% in the observation group and 62.86% in the control group. The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group was 8.57%, and that of patients in the control group was 28.57%. There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P < 0.05); The overall survival rate of the observation group was 94.29%, and the disease-free survival rate was 77.14%; The overall survival rate of the control group was 68.57%, and the disease-free survival rate was 54.29%; The observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of high-dose chemotherapy combined with autologous hematopoietic
