0 .Led Zeppelin tribute band to take stage
Hardball Café will be rocking out old school Saturday, May 29, when a locally-led Led Zeppelin tribute band takes the stage.
Longtime Miltonian Ray Smith — who went to his first Zeppelin concert in 1969 — serves as singer and front-man for Zed Zeppelin.
Smith began singing Zeppelin tunes at karaoke venues and eventually graduated to his tribute band, which includes two guitarists — Jay Ezs and Don Polito. The band is filled out by bassist Doug Barlett and drummer Dan Russell.
Zed Zeppelin will perform around 9:30 p.m. at Hardball, with admission $5 between 8 p.m. and midnight.
