How does it work?
- Open the program and leave it open. Then load T:WFC. Make sure NUMLOCK IS ON. Then, press 0 on the numpad to toggle between capped and uncapped FPS
使用方法：
先运行这个软件再运行游戏，在游戏中用小键盘的0作为开关，来解锁FPS或者锁定到30。。。NUMLOCK那个灯必须是亮的，要不然无法使用小键盘的0，这个要记住了。。。
