With popular SBS drama, You’re Beautiful set to go on air in Taiwan soon, it was revealed recently that Taiwanese fans would get the privilege to hear Lee Hong Ki sing the drama’s theme song, Still in Mandarin when it airs.
Taiwanese singer, Amber Kuo and F.T. Island are both signed under the Warner Music label in Taiwan, and she recently got inspired after hearing the theme song in Korean and seeing the drama. She started penning the Mandarin lyrics and after learning about this, Lee Hong Ki was touched and volunteered to sing the song.
It wasn’t easy for Lee Hong Ki as it was his first time singing in Mandarin but he soon overcame the difficulties and completed the recording in 30 minutes.
After listening to it, the Taiwanese staff members were surprised that they didn’t need to rely on the lyrics to understand what he was singing and praised Hong Ki for his vocals and language ability. The MV will be revealed through Channel V’s Just Love JK today. Lee Hong Ki is currently busy touring Japan with F.T. Island
随着SBS电视剧《原来是美男啊》即将在台湾播出，近期透露出消息说，台湾的粉丝们将有机会优先听到李弘基演唱电视剧主题歌的中文版。
台湾歌手郭采洁与FTISLAND都签约在台湾华纳音乐旗下，而郭采洁最近在看了《原来是美男》和听了其主题歌后有感而发，写了其主题歌的中文歌词。李弘基在了解到这点后备受感动而主动要求演唱。
这对于李弘基来说并不容易，因为这是他第一次演唱中文，但是他很快的克服掉了困难，30分钟内就完成了歌曲的录制。
再听了歌曲的录制后，台湾公司的员工们都非常惊讶，表示非常欣赏李弘基的声音和语言能力。这首中文版主题歌《牵着你的手》的MV将在7月19日Channel V晚上9点首播。李弘基目前正与团员们在日本活动。
