Not really, i think they are pretty much the same, and have a certain purpose to entertain the audience. I think Glee is pretty good, and i am expecting more from it next season.

LOL yea I heard it's good..but not really my thing
If it's comedy i rather sitcoms...but it's gonna be a looooooong wait till the next season for 2.5men, HIMYM and BBT
been watching a bit the office atm..not that great..
