唉，难受，我辛辛苦苦全收集的号不会就这么废了吧？找了官方客服三次了，一点用没有，根本没有技术人员和我对接，客服不懂服务器数据bug的，全是重启一类的套话，这点看国内大厂还是靠谱的，以前暴雪国服还在的时候网易暴雪的客服还是蛮给力的，对比之下国外的客服真不靠谱，唉，气死了

作为一个预购帝国4豪华版，全收集到现在的骨灰级玩家，遇到这种恶性bug真的气人，要是官方继续不作为那我这号无法获取新东西，不是废了吗

同样作为一个喜欢收集奇奇怪怪头像雕像的玩家，还是挺理解你的，不过嘛。
第一，锁住的奖励确实是有可能在某一天突然解锁的，包括的我的例子，之前看别的吧友锁精通问题也在某个时刻补偿了，所以不代表以后无法获得
第二，这一轮活动没获得奖励，但是有些细节没有交代，有可能是没正确完成，毕竟这次2v2的任务不是靠帝国战争解锁的
第三，还是建议减轻下全收集的执念，帝4至少有5次短期登陆奖励，说不定哪一次就忘了，所以说不定早破戒了，而且这游戏自定义装饰展示不明显
