Social Media and Content Management Specialist
Job Description:
Responsible for operating and managing multiple social media platforms, including websites, Twitter, WeChat groups, official public accounts, Telegram, Discord, etc. Duties also include content creation, media liaison, offline event data collection, gift and merchandise production, as well as basic administrative and liaison work. The role aims to enhance brand awareness, strengthen user engagement, and improve content dissemination efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Platform Management:
Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
Manage social media platforms such as Twitter, WeChat groups, official public accounts, Telegram, Discord, and regularly post high-quality content to increase user engagement and activity.
Monitor and analyze social media platform data to evaluate content performance and user behavior.
2. Content Creation and Translation:
Write or translate articles, press releases, and other content related to the brand and events.
Create engaging social media posts, including text, images, and video content.
3. Media Liaison and Data Management:
Establish contacts with various media platforms to ensure wide dissemination of articles after publication.
Collect and analyze audience data to optimize content strategies and promotional effects.
Track and analyze the performance of articles on various media platforms, evaluating content quality and dissemination effects.
4. Offline Event Data Collection:
Responsible for collecting and organizing data from offline events, including participant numbers, feedback, and other information.
Analyze offline event data to provide decision support for subsequent events.
5. Gift and Merchandise Production:
Design and produce gifts and merchandise that align with the brand image.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and delivery times.
6. Report Creation:
Prepare a PPT report every 1-2 weeks based on collected data and photos, summarizing the achievements and experiences of social media and content management.
The report should include key indicator analysis, successful case sharing, and suggestions for future improvement.
7. Basic Administrative and Liaison Work:
Responsible for basic liaison work with universities, communities, media, and partners to ensure smooth communication of information.
Assist in handling internal administrative affairs such as document organization, meeting scheduling, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Journalism and Communication, English, or related fields.
2. Passionate about social media and content creation, with excellent writing and translation skills.
3. Familiar with the operating rules and promotional strategies of various social media platforms, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
4. Possess good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to handle work pressure.
5. Relevant internship or work experience in social media or content management is preferred
