    【Vampire口语005】You need to chill yourself你需要冷静,chill原意是寒冷、使变冷,这就是英语中的形象表达,比如Don't push me别逼我;I am done watching you destroy yourself我看够了你自我毁灭,如I‘m done with you我们结束了;之前讲过Keep it up;

          【时尚口语】"Freak out" means to panic or to act crazy and excited.我们常说的崩溃、抓狂、惊慌失措、吓坏了都可以用它来表达,美剧中经常出现的词组。For instance,Don't freak out when a cop(老美说**通常用cop而不是******) is after you.把自己放在相应的情境下用一用这个词组,找找感觉~

            【时尚口语】Cheap我们都知道便宜的意思,但是口语中也常用来表示抠门,爱捡小便宜的意思。Cheap guys always try to avoid spending money, or always buy the least expensive thing they can find.再如:Are you calling me cheap?Come on!I've given you everything I have!BTW,用cheap不太礼貌哦

                    Take it in your stride.泰然处之吧。
                    stride本义为“大步,一跨步”,而take sth. in (one's) stride是固定用法,表示“从容应对,不为其烦恼,泰然处之”。例如:Some people find retiring difficult, but he has taken it all in his stride. 有的人觉得很难适应退休后的生活, 但他却能安之若素.
                    【英语情景剧】

                    汤姆:我感到工作压力很大,我不知道该怎么办。
                    Shirley: Take it in stride. There's nothing so important that deserves you thinking about it overnight.
                    雪莉:你要泰然自若一些,没有什么事重要到你得为之想一整个晚上。
