这个投票貌似一个IP地址一天只能投一次，多个账号的话得隔天才能投。
这话对俺很重要。。。。嘻嘻。。换个IP就可以多个账号同天投了。。但是同个账号只能投一次。换IP也没用。

海外投票为什么搞的满眼韩文呢?至少搞英文或者文字切换的呀!
