Here are a few things which you can do to fix it:
Log out and back into your account
Change browsers
Clear cookies and cache and restart your browser. You now also have to log back into your account
Change the country to match the one which was defaulted when you accepted the new T&C.
If this still doesn't work, just send in a ticket.
