CIC（加拿大移民部）在2015年1月2日开始，实行新的打分系统来审核FSW（联邦技术移民），FSTP（联邦技工移民）和CEC（加拿大经验类移民）的申请。虽然这三类申请人按照不同的条件进入Pool（池子），但是EE的打分标准一样。CIC会根据Pool里的申请人进行Ranking（排名），不定期在Pool里进行draw（筛选），来邀请合适的申请人进行移民申请。从1月31日已经开始进行了2次draw，Alex会在本贴中实时更新每次draw的情况。
