Mahi and Jeet reach the hotel where the friends are staying. They are checking at the front desk when they see Mahi and run away.
Mahi sees the beer bottle still dripping beer
They are wondering what to do when Mahi hears a ring tone and remembers that it was Sandy's.She tells Jeet to catch him and all the three friends dressed as waiters are there.
Jeet fights with them and finally manages to catch one.
The police reach there on time and take them away

Khuranas are waiting and they are relieved to hear from Jeet that Shabd's friends were caught.

Part 1：
The inspector tellsShabd that there were no fingerprints in the car or steering wheel. Shabd isshocked beyond belief as the inspector tells him that they had also questionedthe mechanic who had come to repair his car the day after the accident. Theinspector continues to blame Shabd, retelling how Shabd went about getting ridof all the evidence. Shabd continues to say he is innocent but the inspectorsays they now have a witness as well and Mahi walks in. Everyone is shocked,moreso Shabd, as the inspector says that Mahi may be able to make this caseclearer.
The inspector asksMahi if Shabd's behaviour had changed after the accident. Mahi says that he hadstarted to look lost. The inspector continues to question Mahi, telling herthat they would only be able to do something for Shabd if she told them thetruth. Mahi hesitates as the inspector tries to get her to speak.
Part 2：
Jeet watches asSoni puts on her earrings and applies sindoor in her maang. She sees Jeetwatching her and says she'll go get chai for him. He tells her to not worry andthat he'll go downstairs and have it. Soni leaves from there and Jeet smilessoftly
Mahi tells theinspector that Shabd had begun to do strange things after the accident. Shabdtries to intervene but the inspector stops him and coaxes Mahi to continue,asking her what Shabd had done. She retells about the time Shabd had lied aboutgoing to the office late at night and the other instances.
Mahi tells theinspector that although all the evidence points to Shabd, she knows her husbandwell and his only mistake was that he hid the truth from everyone. Theinspector tells her that Shabd is guilty and the other three werent evenpresent when he accident occured. Mahi refutes and tells the inspectorthat the three friends were the ones who brought Shabd back home that night ashe was not in his senses. One of Shabd's friends (Sandy i think) tells theinspector Mahi was lying. He then makes up a story saying Shabd was the one whoinsisted on driving even in his condition and he hit the girl. Shabd firmlystates that they were lying. The inspector tells the other officers to take thethree away and leaves, promising Mahi whoever is innocent will be let free. Shabdis also about to be taken away when mahi stops him and apologizes, tellinghim that she was just telling the truth. Shabd reassures her that he knows shewas doing everything for his sake. He tells her to remember that he is innocentand Mahi tells him she has faith in him. Shabd tells her that will be hisstrenght and leaves from there.
Part 3：
Soni and the familyare having breakfast when Khurana asks Soni about Shabd. Soni tells them thatthe investigation willl take a bit longer but soon enough Shabd would be proveninnocent while his three friends would be found guilt. Part 1：
Mahi goes to visitShabd and feels that someone is following her. The police officer locks Shabdin the jail cell and tells Mahi that she cannot meet him and to leave fromthere. Mahi reluctantly leaves, in tears.
Everyone goes tothe mandir to pray for Jeet-Soni's happiness and Shabd's release from jail.Soni has a hard time getting up and Jeet helps her as they have a moment. Mahiprays for strength to get rid of all the false accusations against Shabd andrelease him. As they leave, Mahi again feels as if someone is following her.
Jeet tells everyoneto go home and that he'd go to meet the lawyer. Mahi says that she will come aswell. As she and Jeet head towards the car, a man is shown following them. Jeettells her to head towards the lawyer's place and that he'll meet her there.Unnoticed by both, the man following Mahi gets into his car and follows hercar.
All of a sudden,Soni notices a high speeding tuck headed at Jeet. She calls out his name and heruns out of the way just in the nick of time. Soni runs to him as Khurana andDurga rush out of the car to him as well. Jeet assures them he is ok andthe truck driver comes and apologizes, saying his breaks werent working. Durgais reluctant on letting him go to see Shabd's lawyer but he says that it's veryimportant.
Part 2：
Mahi tells thelawyer that she knows Shabd is innocent even though all the evidence points tohim. The lawyer asks her about the picture of Shabd and the victim and Mahitells him that she knows Shabd has never met the girl before. The lawyercontinues to question her saying these will be the questions asked in court sothey should be able to answer them beforehand. He asks about the muffler andJeet suggests that maybe Shabd's muffler was put there to frame him for themurder.
The lawyer saysthat they have one way to find out the truth, by doing a lie detector test. Hesays that this will be a big piece of evidence which can save Shabd. Mahiagrees and says that they should do one right away. The lawyer warns her thatif Shabd is lying, it would not be good for his case. Mahi and Jeet agree thatthey would like to go ahead with the test.
The lawyer tellsMahi that Shabds friends will try to leave the country as fast as possible sothey will have to do everything very soon. He again gives her the chance todecide, telling her if the results of the lie detector test are against Shabd,it will be even harder to save him. Mahi tells him that the truth will only beout this way and to go ahead with it. She says that she wants to punish thethree friends as she knows they're guilty.
Part 3：
Durga is worriedabout Jeet and Khurana tells her not to worry. Khurana tells Soni to go restand Soni leaves.
