【解决降频】miix2 11降频有救了，可以提升性能！！！

1.下载工具

Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) 工具，安装
2.降低电压
我的是 cpu 降低 100
cpu cache 降低 120
gpu降低 75
实测跑分 cpu 频率稳定在0.99gh左右
