Nat: I'm really bad at sharing recipes because my cooking philosophy has always been "eyeball it and follow your nose" so although I don't have exact measurements for you, here's how I made my pickled veggies. First, I toasted the pickling spice from @sobeys in a deep pan, and added some chopped garlic. Then I threw in some vinegar and water, brought it to a boil, added salt and sugar, and stirred until it was dissolved. Then I poured the mixture over my jars of veggies and let them cool before putting them in the fridge. Voilá! Super easy refrigerator pickles! #MadeByMe
我真的不擅长分享菜谱,因为我的烹饪理念是“仔细打量它,跟着感觉走”,所以虽然我没有确切的计量给你,但是这是我如何制作我的腌制蔬菜的。
首先我在深盘里烤了sobeys的腌制调料,加了一些切碎的大蒜。
然后我倒了一些醋和水,煮沸,加入盐和糖,搅拌至溶解。
然后把这些混合物倒在蔬菜罐子里,先冷却,然后放到冰箱里。
