I went to run at 7.00AM ,I ate a curry for lunch .so I take fire; My face was a little puffed. I need drank many water to make me down fire.

I get up at 7.00am.I rode my bike go swimming in the pool.My wisdom tooth was inflammation. So I drank a lot of green tea be for healp me diminish inflammation.

Thursday July 21
Today my wisdom tooth stil inflammation.So i did't exercise my muscles.I need to rest.But i studied some worlds.I have little full.

Friday July 22
Today is clean day.I usually cleaning room onece a week. I accidentally shot through the wardrobe When I shot an arrow.So i very depressed.I need find some can let me shot an arrow new place.

Sunday July 24
I did't write diary yesterday.Beacuse my head was very pain. So i went to bed early.I went go hiking in the moning.My head feel very good. I have many energy to do something else.Such as learned the English and shoot arrows.I am very happy today.

Monday July 25
I find one kind new Push up method today.It name is Russia's push up. It's very cool and so difficulty motion.
But i need to learn it.beacuse it could help me develop the musculature.

Wednesday July 27
Yesterday. I learned make all night the video all night.Even i for get write diary.Today i stil make the video.That's very interesting.I make the video even have people laugh.

Today I upload the video for internet Bilibili webist. It's take me an hour.But i even happy and i share to my friends wach the video. They all say it's funny~ They are wrods give me many power.Let me have the motivation to learn.I will study harder to make videos.

Today i did't get up early.Then i slept late.When i get up already was nine o'clock.Even i did't go runing.I was soo tired.Beacuse last night i read the <Touch>comics very late.That's attract with me read next chapter again again and over again~

I watched the <Game of Thrones> just now.The Jaime Lannister lost him right hand.He looks very weak. Orther people maltreat for him though.Then the lady help find a reason to live.It's revenge.Daenerys Targaryen had eight thousand fighters and three dragons.She will has power to take her throne.

This morning is cloudy sky.I am worry about i can't go running.But looked sky give me face.It did't rain. So i can went to running.Just rainnig when i come back.It's lucky.It rained all day.Therefore the weather is very stuffy.

3 August Wednesday
I bought two bags of dumplings.One of the beef dumplings.the other one is celery pork dumplings.l prefer beef dumpligs.Because it contains a lot of protein.I need more protein.My parents prefer celery pork dumplings.They like celery.

Today i feel not good.I did't go run or any other exercise.Thet make me feel very decadent.I need to more
positive energy cheer myself up.Then i have mental learn more knowledge.Maby some time i can be success.
