一个公司,一个销售客服,对购买了他家瑕疵产品的顾客说,对顾客非常失望,暗讽之前应该没买过BJD。解决客诉的过程是一件无意义的事情,他们是在浪费时间。
瞬间火就起来了。你卖娃你了不起呗。你出错顾客担责呗!!!
