Thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes, I appreciate it! Sorry its been a while since my last post…I have been training a lot to get ready for world champ trials. We switched practice to twice a day monday to Friday… and one practice on Saturday. On Saturday I had a book signing for my children’s book at the barnes & noble in ellicott city. I’ve posted some pics for you. It was great to meet so many kids and families. And my own family, including Herman, came to support me as well! Oh and if you haven’t already heard ESPY nominations are out and cool part is fans can help select the winners by voting online, http://www.espys.tv./ It’s an honor to be nominated in five categories, brings back some great memories. Thanks again for everyone’s support…I am looking forward to nationals next week in Indy.
