Jeet's accident
Part 1
Jeet tries to garner a response out of Soni by showing her some of the toys he had bought for the child, but to no avail. He tells her that they have to look forward now and that he'll always keep her happy. He begs her to say something and tells her to forget everything that happened. Soni finally responds and tells him that the child was her's and Veer's, not Jeet's. She tells him that had the child been Jeet's, he would have never told her to forget. She screams at Jeet to leave her alone and sobs uncontrollably.
Jeet walks aimlessly on the streets remembering Soni's words. He ends up at a bar and begins to drink heavily.
Part 2
Shabd walks into Rahul's room and sees him crying. Feeling guilty about the way he treated Rahul before, he apologizes and asks Rahul to introduce him to his mother so that all these misunderstandings can be cleared. Rahul gets up and leaves from there, telling Shabd he'll think about it.
A tipsy Jeet heads home when he sees a bunch of drunk men pestering a girl on the road. He interferes and a fight between them breaks out. Jeet gets pushed onto the road and gets a scratch on his arm. Just as he gets up, he sees a truck rushing uncontrollably towards him but is frozen in one spot. He gets hit by the truck and Soni wakes up saying his name.
Part 3
Soni runs downstairs in search of Jeet and bumps into Durga. Durga scolds her when Soni tells her that Jeet hasn't come home yet. Khurana comes and Soni tells him that she had told Jeet something she shouldnt have and is scared. Durga insults her yet again and Khurana tells her to be quiet. The phone rings and Khurana picks it up and drops the phone in shock.

Khurana asks the doctor how Jeet is doing but the doctor tells him that it's too early to say anything.

Jeet is rushed to the hospital in a stretcher while Soni and the family rush inside to find him. The nurse tells them that it is too early to say anything about Jeet's status and Durga cries out that this is all Soni's doing. Shabd and Mahi arrive and Mahi tries to comfort Soni as everyone waits for any word on Jeet's condition.
The operation theatre light goes off and one of the surgeons comes out and tells the family that it is still to early to tell how Jeet will be as they will have to moniter his reaction to the treatment. Soni;s mother comes and tries to comfort her as she insists to meet Jeet. Rahul comes and tells Mahi that his mother must be crying as well as she misses his father. He then goes and wipes Soni's tears and tells her not to cry.
Part 2
Shabd brings the medicine requested for Jeet but the nurse says that there's still no improvement.
Khurana tells Mahi to take Soni home but Soni refuses outrightly, despite Mahi and Khurana's pleads.
Mahi tells Shabd that he will have to take care of Rahul for a few days as she'll have to stay with Soni. He tries to wake Rahul up and picks him up to go home.
Durga does a puja in front of Jeet's door and says she'll have to do it to save him from Soni and all this bad that's happening to him and Mouni overhears.
Part 3
Rahul wakes up and asks Shabd to take him back to Mahi but Shabd tells him that they're going to see his mother and Rahul agrees happily.
Soni watches Jeet through the peephole on his door and then tells Mahi that whatever Durga was saying is true and that she is bad luck for them all. She tells Mahi about what she told Jeet earlier that day. The buaji stands watching them all and makes her entrance by crying and asking what happened. She says that she'll fix everything now that she's back.

Shabd calls out to Rahul to stop and realizes a vehicle is heading straight for him. He runs towards Rahul shouting his name.

Jeet's condition worsens
Part 1
Sapna tells Shabd that he is Rahul's father and a flashback of Shabd and Sapna is shown. In the flashback, Sapna tells Shabd that the time she's spent with him have been the best moments of her life but Shabd tells her that nothing is forever, especially love.
Sapna tells Shabd that she loved him since college. Shabd is still shocked and tells Sapna she should have told him but Sapna tells him that there was no chance of marrying him at the time so she had decided to hide the news of her pregnancy. She tells him that Rahul started to feel the absence of a father but never expected him to run away from home to find him.
Shabd becomes upset when Sapna tells him that his life shouldnt change because of his son and he shouldnt worry about him. He expresses his concern on how he will break the news to Mahi. He storms out of the room despite Sapna's pleads.
Part 2
Buaji gets Durga to do some ritual when the doctor comes out. He tells her that they still can't say anything about Jeet's condition yet. Suddenly, Jeet starts to breathe heavily with jerky movements and the doctor runs to check him. Durga breaks into tears and Buaji consoles her.
Shabd sees Mahi awake. Mahi tells him she knows that he went to Sapna's house. Shabd gets worried but Mahi tells him that with the way he has taken care of Rahul, she knows he will make a good father. Mahi tells Shabd that she wants a child just like Rahul and Shabd feels uneasy.
Part 3
Jeet's condition continues to deteriorate as the doctor tries to stabalize him. Soni prays for Jeet as the rest of the family waits for any news from the doctor. The doctor tells Durga that only a miracle can save him. Durga falls to her knees in front of Buaji and begs her to save Jeet. Buaji says they will have to finish off Soni.

Soni says that she really doesn't feel like eating cause she is worried about Jeet and durga leaves. Scene shifts to Sapna's house. Sapna is looking at a book with some writings and is smiling. Scene shifts to durga and bua. bua comes and tells durga that she should have stuffed the food in her mouth. scene shifts to sapna's house again. the doorbell goes and rahul opens it. shabd is standing there with baloons covering his face. the balloons go down and mahi is standing there to. rahul goes to his mom and tells him that they have come. mahi says that since they are returning home they wanted to meet rahul. rahul takes mahi to show him the gift that shabd gave him. shabd and sapna are left alone. shabd says that he is very sorry how he behaved. there is a flashback where shabd is waiting for sapna, and her friends says that she left and they can't find her. flashback over. shabd says that he looked everywhere for her. he says that when he was in college he was different and now he has changed. he says that every child deserves a father, mahi says that you are right. both of them turn around.
