体重:47.5kg
目标:39kg
其实理想是41kg,但考虑到总会反弹个几斤,就对自己再狠一点!去年冬天减过一次,靠轻度节食+有氧运动减下的,减到44kg后就没再坚持,虽然没有很快反弹,但是过了一年又回到原点🙈真的特别讨厌这样不争气的自己T T所以我决定痛改前飞,每天打卡,重新做人!
